History-To-Go!
Revolutionary Westchester 250 has created an online catalog of engaging educational and interactive programming based on our experience with the presenters and reviews and feedback from historical societies, libraries, and municipalities.
You’ll find a wide variety of programs about the Revolutionary War period, including some that focus on the lives of women, persons of African descent and indigenous people.
The catalog is arranged by topic, with biographies of the presenters and their contact information. If you see a program you would like to offer to your community, you take it from there—contacting, scheduling, and making payment to the presenters. We welcome your feedback and reviews after the program.
In addition to educating the public about the Revolutionary War era, this catalog is also helpful in programming for Woman’s History and Black History months, July 4th celebrations, Flag Day, Veterans Day, Memorial Day and other local history commemorations, parades, and events.
